ABOUT ME

I am an IT professional with over twenty years experience in a broad range of IT and customer support aspects from helpdesk support and training, to physical and virtual server implementation / maintenance / support, to Azure AD implementation / configuration including gallery and custom SAML federations. I have a talent for managing teams of different sizes and knowledge levels and a passion for team training and growth.

I’ve shown success with large IT projects, training employees and clients on new software and practices, and planning for future IT needs.

I enjoy working with computer systems and related gear – building servers, designing and installing physical networks (and wireless devices), and even building microcontroller boards with sensors speaking MQTT to a Raspberry Pi or VM collecting and presenting that data.
